Black Friday Offer Terms & Conditions

These Offer Terms and Conditions apply to the A Plates Black Friday 2025 promotion (“Offer”). These Offer Terms are additional to our standard Website Terms & Conditions and Terms of Sale, which continue to apply. If there is any conflict between these Offer Terms and our standard Terms of Sale, these Offer Terms will take priority for the purposes of this promotion.

1. Offer Period

The Offer runs from 26th November 2025 to 1st December 2025 inclusive (“Offer Period”) and is available exclusively through our website at aplates.co.uk.

2. The Offer

• During the Offer Period, customers may redeem specific Black Friday voucher codes for discounts on selected eligible products.
• Voucher codes should automatically apply to your basket, depending on the products chosen, but can also be entered at checkout.
• Discounts apply only to the products specified in the promotion and cannot be transferred to other products or services.
• Each voucher code may have minimum spend requirements or product restrictions, which will be detailed in the promotional materials.

3. Limits & Eligibility

• Voucher codes can only be used once per order.
• Unless stated otherwise, voucher codes cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• The Offer is subject to product availability. Some items may sell out, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
• The Offer is only valid for orders placed online during the Offer Period.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

• If you return an item purchased using a voucher code, any refund will be processed based on the amount actually paid, not the full standard price.
• If a returned item formed part of a minimum-spend threshold (e.g., spend £X to qualify for a discount), and your return brings the order below that threshold, we reserve the right to remove the discount and adjust your refund accordingly.
• Voucher codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to past orders.
• Number plates are personalised products; therefore, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is faulty or an error has been made in production in line with our normal Terms of Sale.

5. General

• We reserve the right to change, suspend, or end the Offer early if required (for example, due to stock levels or technical issues).
• We may refuse to apply a voucher code or may cancel an order if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Offer is being misused or if a customer fails to meet the eligibility criteria.
• We reserve the right to amend these Offer Terms at any time where required for legal, operational, or reasonable business reasons.
