1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Please note that refunds are only available after any replacement plates have been provided. We can produce and post a replacement plate the very same day a request is submitted, if the message is sent to us before midday. As we use Royal Mail’s special next-day delivery service, this means the replacement plate would arrive the following day. If the message is sent to us after midday, the replacement plate would be sent the following day, ready for delivery the day after that. Eligibility for a refund only applies if there is an issue with the replacement plate or with the speed at which the replacement plate is dispatched.
1.1. Quality Issues: If the custom number plates you receive are flawed or have quality issues that are a result of our production process.
1.2. Incorrect Information: If the custom number plates do not match the specifications you provided during the ordering process and the error is on our part.
1.3. Delivery Issues: If your custom number plates are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are significantly delayed due to issues within our control.
2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds:
2.1. Customer Error: If the errors or issues with the custom number plates are a result of incorrect information provided by you during the ordering process, we cannot provide a refund.
2.2. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for orders where the customer has a change of mind or decides they no longer want the custom number plates.
3. Refund Procedure:
3.1. Contact Us: If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria mentioned in Section 1, please contact our Customer Service team within 1 week of receiving your number plates.
3.2. Provide Evidence: You may be required to provide clear photographic evidence of the quality issues, damage, or discrepancies with your number plates.
3.3. Return of Merchandise: In some cases, we might request the return of the number plates for inspection. We will provide you with instructions for the return process.
3.4. Processing Time: Once we receive the necessary evidence and/or returned merchandise (if applicable), we will review your case. The refund process will be initiated on the same day of approval.
4. Policy Changes: Aplates reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Customers will be subject to the refund policy in place at the time of their order placement.
